About CourtSync

CourtSync is a service provided by Fluxum. This Refund Policy applies to paid subscriptions and related fees for CourtSync venue plans (for example, Growth, Pro, and Guru tiers) and other billable services offered through our checkout.

Certain payments are processed by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. The Paddle company named on your receipt, invoice, or bank statement (for example Paddle.com Market Limited or another Paddle entity, depending on your region) is the reseller for that transaction. This page is our published refund policy for buyers who checkout through Paddle, as required for Paddle sellers.

1. Subscription refunds

If you are not satisfied with a paid CourtSync subscription purchased through our authorized checkout, you may request a refund. We review each request in good faith based on factors such as the time since purchase, how the Services were used, applicable law, and Paddle's applicable buyer and seller policies.

2. Refund process

To request a refund for your CourtSync subscription, please contact our support team at [email protected]. Fluxum will process your refund request and issue the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval (timing may also depend on your bank or card issuer).

3. Court bookings and venue charges

Charges for individual court bookings may be subject to the cancellation and refund rules displayed at checkout and/or set by the venue operator. Disputes about a specific session are usually resolved between the player and the venue; we may assist where our role as platform reasonably allows.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel a subscription in accordance with the options shown in your billing portal or account settings. Depending on your plan and how billing is configured, cancellation may take effect at the end of the current billing period or as otherwise stated at checkout. After cancellation, access to paid features ends as described in your plan terms or in-product notices.

5. Free tiers and trials

No refund applies to free plans. If we offer a trial, any conversion to a paid plan is governed by the terms shown when you subscribe; cancel before the trial ends if you do not wish to be charged.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to contact support first so we can help without disrupting your access where possible.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. Material changes may be communicated through the Services or by email where appropriate.
